Somatic therapy is a powerful form of therapy that incorporates mind-body-medicine for anxiety, trauma, depression, and inner child wounds. Somatic work is an approach of treatment that powerfully heals trauma, releases pent up emotions/stress/pain in the body, and addresses inner child wounds. The ultimate goal of this form of healing is the experience of peace, alignment, and freedom.

We use this work to release, let go, express, and find the deeper levels of healing work that unlocks transformation on a personal level.
