Learn to identify and interrupt your self-sabotaging behavior

We all self-sabotage, and we all have the capability of learning to recognize our behavior patterns. With a little work, increased self-awareness, we can learn to identify and interrupt our self-sabotaging behavior. If others who know us can recognize when we self-sabotage, then we can too–when we decide we want to.
