ADHD Assessment and treatment
Leva Psychiatry is now offering thorough evaluations for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) for ages 6 and up.
ADHD Assessments are $575.00 and include:
- 60 minute individual evaluation
- Review of assessments from others in different settings such as family members or educators
- Screening for developmental disorders that can mimic ADHD symptoms
- Comprehensive report highlighting strengths and areas of growth
- Detailed report with suggested individual accommodations for success in academic or work setting
- Written and detailed referrals as needed
Please note that the ADHD evaluations are a separate service from our “New Patient Appointments” and does not include medication/prescriptions. However, if you choose to initiate medication at our practice after your evaluation, we can schedule a follow up visit for a medication consultation.

- When you decide you want to start treatment as a new patient or transfer care, schedule your visit here. Call the office at 757-453-5508 if you want to speak with someone to schedule.
- Prior to your appointment, we will be sending you an email that will include the forms you will need to fill out electronically prior to your first appointment.
