Our Team

I’m Mary Crutchfield, the founder of Leva Psychiatry. I am 100 percent focused on guiding you towards liberation from trauma, shedding limiting beliefs, and moving into your own power. Underneath many mental illnesses are repressed emotions, old core wounds, and disconnection from the body. I am a clinical hypnotherapist, sound practitioner, a GoWithin Hypno-Breathwork practitioner, as well as a Master’s prepared Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner. I know we can heal trauma, rewire our brain, find connection to our home (our bodies) and to others. My own healing taught me the power of working with the conscious and subconscious mind as well as in community. I’m not your average psychiatric provider and when we both agree the relationship is a match where you want me to be the guide- that means we are in this together- co-regulating and doing the emotional work too.

My name is Laura LaMonica and I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner providing therapy and medication management. My mission is to provide a judgment free environment and work collaboratively with you to uncover a tailored plan. I treat all ages, but I have extensive training and experience working with children and adolescents with ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, self-harm, and school issues.

My name is Sonja McFadden, and I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive medication management and therapeutic interventions for clients who are experiencing various levels of psychiatric distress. I believe that each client is unique, and I strive to create an honest, open partnership and connection to help those struggling with mental health disorders that prevent them from living their best lives.

I’m Natalie, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with eight years of experience as an acute care nurse. I’m also a proud dog mom, Mexican immigrant, first-generation college graduate, and U.S. military spouse!

My practice focuses on supporting immigrants, healthcare providers, and military spouses who seek to truly know and love themselves. I specialize in navigating cultural identity, emotionally regulating during transitions, and processing generational trauma.

Sandra is a Master Level Certified Life Coach from the Certified Life Coach Institute. She has a PhD in Sociology and Cultural Anthropology (ABD), and has spent 9 years as a college instructor of the social sciences.

Kevin, the Practice Manager at Leva Psychiatry, brings compassion, vibrancy, and a desire for excellence. He has been with Leva Psychiatry from the beginning, working from a secretarial position into his current role. He proudly advocates for those around him and has grown exponentially since his hire. He enjoys soccer, socializing, and spending time with his family.
