What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a powerful healing tool that uses guided relaxation, focused attention, and therapeutic suggestion to help you access your subconscious mind where deep emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, and old wounds often reside.

Rather than putting you “under” or taking control, hypnotherapy gently leads you into a natural, meditative state where your body relaxes, your conscious mind quiets, and your inner wisdom can emerge. In this space, you’re fully aware and empowered to heal the roots of emotional pain, rewire harmful patterns, and activate lasting change.

What is Somatic Healing?
